To get Google Services you must have an Google Account. After you have google account you can use some google services like Gmail for Email, Blogspot to make a blog, Google Analytics, Feedburner Google, Google Adsense to get money from your blog. But, how to make Google Account or Gmail Email Account. You can follow these steps :
One of basic question to start your blogging is "What is better between customized domain or Self Hosting Domain ?". Yes, this question must be answered before you plan your blogging. In long time ago, I didn't answer this question truly so I was failed in blogging.
You know that if you start your blog by using customized domain it is mean that you use a free hosting from free hosting provider. You can get hosting for free and no cost to pay for getting it, especially if you custom your domain by using Wordpress's hosting, you must pay it $10 for a year but for Blogspot and other free hosting like Byethost or 000webhost you can get it free.
But, this method has some disadvantages such as you must follow the provider's TOS (Term of Service), and sometime your blog will be deleted by provider without the truth reasons. I ever had a blog costumed in a free hosting, and my blog was deleted because they said that my blog was spammed blog. I don't know with this reason, and I tell the admin to repair my blog, but my blog was absolutely deleted without repairing.
So you must have some tips to build your blog, if you want to customize your blog you must read TOS seriously and play with the TOS. But if you have self hosted domain you are not related with free hosting provider, and they can not deleted your file in your hosting. So, it is up to you if you have enough money I think self hosting is better than customized domain. But, if you have no much money you can customize your blog but read TOS seriously and don't be angry if your blog will be deleted suddenly.
